Becca spent nearly nine years working in operations management, during which time she developed a strong belief in servant leadership. Becca always focused on prioritizing the needs, growth, and development of her team members. Her operations work included launching four warehouses, overseeing the daily operations for the West Coast region of a supply and distribution center network, and spearheading several training programs that positively influenced hundreds of workers and managers.

After leaving her previous operations role and enjoying a sabbatical focused on wellness, she further deepened her commitment to supporting others in meaningful ways. Becca is now excited to bring her people-centered approach to her role as the Operations Specialist for Wyldwood Prep. As an aunt to 10 wonderful nieces and nephews, Becca is passionate about fostering educational environments that honor the unique needs of every child. Joining Wyldwood Prep allows her to combine her operational expertise with her deep commitment to supporting the next generation within an inclusive outdoor learning environment.

Outside of work, Becca enjoys hiking with her husband and dog. Her wellness sabbatical also inspired her to explore several new hobbies, including playing the piano, practicing yoga, watercolor painting, and ceramics.
